This summer, I took the first break I’ve ever taken from Friday Forward, allowing me to travel and spend fully present time with friends and family. When I returned, I had newfound appreciation for the importance of making space in our scheduled lives for free, deliberate thinking. Read Post
While learning to say yes opened up many doors earlier in my career, learning to say no has ensured that I am focused on making my highest contribution today, without being distracted.
