Our Unique Process
We guide our clients to find the core values that are right for their organization through a three phase project.
Phase 1: Culture Discovery & Assessment

Phase 2: Core Values Development
We collaborate with your team in either a half-day workshop or several virtual sessions to define your core values, providing specific guidance on what makes an effective core value for your organization.
Phase 3: Core Values Operationalization
We train your leaders on how to integrate core values into six core areas, including hiring, talent evaluation, decision-making, cultural initiatives and communications.
