General Manager & Sr. Consultant

With over 10 years of experience developing and delivering leadership and training programs, Mick has spent his career working closely with senior leaders and creating operational efficiency for fast-paced companies. Prior to working with Elevate Leadership, Mick was Executive Chief of Staff at Acceleration Partners, reporting directly to the CEO and Chairman, and was the project lead for Global Leadership Academy, Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s flagship leadership training program. He is also the editor of Friday Forward and co-author (with Robert) of How To Thrive In The Virtual Workplace.
