He is an executive fellow at Harvard Business School, where he has taught leadership since 2004, and is the bestselling author of many books, including Discover Your True North. Bill also served as a director at Goldman Sachs, ExxonMobil, Novartis, Target, the Mayo Clinic, and World Economic Forum USA.
